December 15, 2023 – The Building Stands Tall
The equipment installation and building construction teams are racing to see which finishes first. Since our last video, more and more equipment has been installed on multiple levels within the building, and there's so much more to come. In the photos and video, you can readily see the office portion has come to life, which significantly changes the look of the building.
The bale storage area and the mechanic's shop (on the left) still have to be sided to harmonize with the rest of the facility. We will soon begin installing all the fire protection systems for the entire facility, ensuring safety and security for all. With each passing day, the vision for this state-of-the-art recycling facility comes closer to life. We can't wait to show it to you all once it's complete. |

The time-lapse video shows the equipment installation in progress, making it easier to visualize how everything will look when completed. The installation of the processing equipment is a major milestone. |

August 9, 2023 – Steel, Steel, And Even More Steel
The construction of our new "Class A" recyclables facility is moving at lightning speed. The steel skeleton of the first two levels is almost complete, and the shape of our new building is easy to visualize. It's hard to believe that this was just an empty lot just a few months ago.
In the next month or two, we'll begin installing the processing equipment inside the building. Our construction crew will continue working on the site simultaneously, so we're on track to complete the project on time. This is an exciting time for all of us, and we're eager to show you the benefits the new facility will provide our Municipal partners. Once it's up and running, the facility will be able to process even more efficiently than our old facility benefiting the environment by diverting even more material from the landfill and helping to protect our environment. |

June 30, 2023 – Laying The Foundation
The site is progressing at a rapid pace. Since our last video, you can see the shape of the building taking form with the foundations in place. You can readily see the steel for the structure lying on the foundation floor. At this writing (July 16th), much of the steel in the video has already been installed, as you will see when our next video is uploaded.
Please feel free to contact us if more detailed information is desired, or with any other questions. |

In the weeks following our March 15th video (shown below), you can see the continued crushing and recycling of the concrete from our old building for on-site use. More importantly, you can readily see the construction of the foundations for the interior of the building and the beginnings of the outside foundation.
The video also shows a birds-eye view of all the processing equipment ready to be installed. You can also see the beginning of the steel deliveries for our new building in a nearby yard. |

March 15, 2023 – Breaking Ground
On March 15th, we broke ground for our new facility. After many delays, permit approvals, and bad weather, a new day is upon us. As can be seen, by the drone video, the concrete is being crushed for fill, the digging for the footings has begun, and they are preparing for rebar installation. Everything is moving fast now. Concrete is being poured every day and will continue every day for the next few weeks.
Most of the processing equipment has been delivered and is already on site. The equipment will be installed simultaneously as the building walls are being constructed. If you look at the photos below, you can see all the GREEN colored and WHITE wrapped equipment in two of the pictures below. |
